"Nakies Girl" is what Louise calls herself when she is naked. This is her preferred state. When she is wearing clothes and wants help taking them off (whenever she is awake and in the house for more than 5 minutes) she asks nicely "Nakies Girl?" If you don't catch on she cries more loudly and demands "Nakies Girl!" Sometimes she adds "Please!"
Nakies Girl, as it implies, does not just mean that she is naked. It's a state of mind. She actually seems to become Nakies Girl when freed of the worldly trappings which are her clothes. She's as free as a bird and happy as a lark.
It's like Nakies Girl is a super hero who has the super power of total comfort, confidence, and awesome dance moves. I add that last part because inevitably, after she becomes Nakies Girl, she runs to the stereo cabinet and begs "Dance?! Dance?!" which is her way of saying, "You must turn on good dancing music for me right now and make sure it is loud."
You have to have a heart of stone to turn her down.
