Two Poems

Two poems, same theme, no titles:

I.
I bury my nose in Louise's hair
It smells sweet and earthy like tree bark
She reaches for my embrace
One of her arms in a bright purple cast
It reeks like old sneakers or bad cheese
I inhale it just the same, because it is also her,
Because she is mine, and because I can

II.
Sweet and sour,
She smells like the tomboy she is
