Too busy?

We've been super busy lately. Maybe too busy for our own good...
Last week we started working on our house, adding windows to the livingroom. It's still in progress, but it looks good so far.
Last Friday Louise and I left town to visit the Millers in Hickory. We had a great time! See pix above.
Saturday we went to the Gardens' house for a big party were we saw a lot of friends old and new, including Anna and Charlie.
Sunday morning we met up with Hank and Grace, who happened to be in town. We ate brunch and snapped a photo before they had to be on their way.
Then, Mike, Louise, and I headed for a visit to the Nature Center. By the time we got home, we were zonked and Louise had a low fever.
Her fever continued to rise through the night, so at about 3:30 am we headed to the emergency room to make sure she didn't have an ear infection or pneumonia. She was fine and her fever finally broke by morning.
Yesterday we took it easy at home. Mike got out his old bass, which we fondly refer to as his "dust collector." Louise got a kick out of it, as you can see.
